Uniform Pickup

Uniform distributions will start taking place the week of July 9th. The following information must be turned in or you will not receive your equipment - NO EXCEPTIONS:

• Deposit check for $150
• Current picture of player
• Birth certificate
• Report card (final 4th quarter only)
• Specific pop warner medical form (if you did not receive please go under the bux-mont website)
• All forms must be signed with insurance information completed (bring your insurance cards just in case)
• Finally for newcomers the child must be present to pick up equipment

We are looking for a few volunteers to assist that night. (checking paperwork etc.) Please contact Nicole Bontempo at 215-801-2245 if you would like to donate an hour or so.

Update! Here is the schedule of uniform pickup days. The times are from 6:30PM to 8:30PM.

• July 12th Mighty Mite (90s)
• July 13th Jr. Mighty Mite (80s)
• July 16th Tiny Mites (70s) and Jr Midgets (130s)
• July 17th Pee Wee (115s)
• July 18th Jr Pee Wee (100s)
• July 19th Mighty Mite (90s)
• July 20th Jr. Mighty Mite (80s) This date is back on.
• July 23rd Tiny Mites (70s)
