How to post news to a team page
A) Log in to the website with your username and password.
B) On the "User Menu", click the "Submit News" link

C) Fill in the 3 areas (don't mess with the stuff at the bottom):
1. Type in a title.
2. Select the team out of the category list.
3. Type the message in the "Intro Text" box.
4. Push the "Save" icon (it looks like a floppy disk) at the top or bottom of the page.
You should get a message saying "Thanks for your submission. Your submission will now be reviewed before being posted to the site." but don't believe it. You're done!!
How to take something off of a team page
On the "User Menu". click the "My Content" link.
The page shows a list of all the items you have saved in the system. The icons on the left column show whether or not they are published (shown on the site). The green check (
) means it is published, the red X (
) means its hidden. Click the icon to toggle.
